Get to know Jill a little!
Groovin’ Grill, was founded in September 2020, by Jillian, a long-time food service professional. After spending the winter planning her menu and rebranding her vehicle (formerly The Wildcat Grill Express), she officially launched in May 2021.
Jill is no stranger to working in the food service industry. Many moons ago she opened the mega-themed restaurant, The Rainforest Cafe, at Metrotown, Burnaby & Disneyland Paris, France and then continued her food and beverage career as Director, Executive Suites & Catering Services at Roger’s Arena, home of the Vancouver Canucks.
